How did you get your start at Hallrich Incorporated?
I started as a server at the Brunswick Pizza Hut in July of 2002. I began working in the HR department at Hallrich in 2007 while attending college. When I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management in 2010, I began working full-time at the Hallrich office as an HR Assistant.
What is your favorite thing about working for Pizza Hut?
I love the fast-paced environment! There is always something fun happening, and the team members’ upbeat attitudes make work a lot more rewarding!
When not at work, where can you be found?
At home reading or spending time with my family, friends and playful cat, ''Puffin.''
What's it like to be a Human Resources Assistant for Pizza Hut?
It's very rewarding! Working directly with the team members in the stores to achieve great results makes working in the HR department enjoyable! It's a wonderful feeling to make a good hiring decision and to provide a job to someone.
Describe your typical work day…
My typical work day is fast-paced, yet exciting! I travel to Pizza Hut restaurants in the afternoons and conduct training classes in the mornings. It’s a good change of pace each day. Playing the role of counselor and friend to solve employee issues is an enjoyable experience.

I grew up in Brunswick, and now I live in Cleveland.
What is your favorite Pizza Hut menu item?
Stuffed Crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage or WingStreet Spicy Asian wings.
What is your favorite movie?
Any movie based on a Nicholas Sparks novel (i.e. The Notebook, Dear John, The Last Song). Also, I love Forrest Gump!
What is your dream vacation?
A trip to Australia! I really want to visit the Great Barrier Reef!
